Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Same-day delivery & pickup: Orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders received after 6:00 PM are processed the next business day.
  • Lead time: Place orders at least 1 hour in advance for same-day fulfillment.
  • Advance orders: Accepted up to 14 days ahead. For dates beyond 14 days, contact our hotline at (+63) 928 312 6872.
  • Bulk orders: Transactions over PHP 5,000 require full payment upon order and at least 2 hours advance notice for same-day delivery or pickup.

2. Order Acceptance & Availability

Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Orders are accepted after verification of details and payment. Items are available while in stock; if an item cannot be fulfilled, our team will contact you. Availability may vary by geographic region.

3. Delivery Areas & Fees

  • Serviceable area: Addresses within the Philippines, limited to a 6 km radius of our partner stores.
  • Delivery fee: A fixed PHP 150 fee applies to every order, regardless of distance or order amount.

4. Delivery Schedule & Timing

The delivery time selected at checkout is an estimate and may vary due to third-party courier availability, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions. Deliveries may be suspended or delayed during adverse situations.

5. Delivery Process

  • Orders are delivered by our team or partnered third-party couriers to the address provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order during the expected window.

6. Authorized Recipients

If you cannot receive the order yourself, you may authorize another person by providing a signed authorization letter and a photocopy of your valid government ID. The recipient must present a valid ID upon delivery.

7. Senior Citizen (SC) / PWD Discount Validation

If an SC/PWD discount applies, the respective ID must be presented to the delivery rider for validation. For documentation, the rider may take a photo of the ID.

8. Delivery Limitations

Certain items may be unavailable for delivery due to storage, temperature, or transport restrictions. We reserve the right to limit or decline delivery for specific items or locations.

9. Returns & Replacements

  • Non-delivery due to force majeure: Delays or non-delivery caused by typhoons, floods, earthquakes, or road accidents are excluded from replacement eligibility.
  • Defective/Damaged items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact our Delivery Hotline at (+63) 928 312 6872 within 24 hours of receipt and provide photos/details for validation. Approved replacements will be arranged promptly.

10. Order Cancellation

  • Same-day orders: Cancellable within 5 minutes of placement by calling or messaging our hotline or the receiving store. After 5 minutes, cancellation is no longer valid and the order will be charged in full. If an order is already dispatched before we receive your request, we may refuse cancellation.
  • Advance orders: Cancellable up to 3 days before the scheduled delivery. If paid by credit card and cancellation is approved, please coordinate with your issuing bank for payment reversal.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to review and validation. Online payments (credit/debit cards and e-wallets via PayMongo) are coordinated with your issuing bank. Cash or other payment channel refunds require internal investigation. Refund approval is handled on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

12. Overseas Transactions

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP). International card payments may incur bank or currency conversion fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

13. Security & Privacy

Customer data is collected to process orders and improve service quality (e.g., name, contact details, delivery address, and payment info). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

14. Liability & Limitations

Joe’s Calamansi Confections Inc. is not liable for delays or delivery failures due to circumstances beyond our control, or for unauthorized receipt where proper authorization was provided. Customers are responsible for providing accurate details and ensuring availability to receive the order.
