At Joe’s Calamansi Confections Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns and Replacements
We carefully prepare and inspect all orders before delivery. However, if you or your recipient receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not in good condition, please contact our Delivery Hotline at (+63) 928 312 6872 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Our team will review your concern and arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Please note:

Delayed or non-delivery due to unforeseen events such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, or road accidents are excluded from replacement.

To qualify for replacement, the product must be in its original packaging and condition upon review.
Order Cancellations

Same-Day Orders: Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement by calling or messaging our hotline or the store that received your order.
Cancellations after this period will no longer be valid and you will be required to pay the full amount of the order. -
Advance Orders: Orders may be cancelled at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.
If payment was made via credit card, you must contact your issuing bank to process the cancellation after we confirm it.
We reserve the right to decline a cancellation if your order has already been prepared or dispatched for delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis after investigation and validation.

For payments made via cash or e-wallets, refunds will be evaluated and processed accordingly.

For credit/debit card payments, refunds must be coordinated through your issuing bank.

Please allow adequate time for refund processing as it depends on the payment channel or bank used.
Joe’s Calamansi Confections Inc. reserves the right to deny refund requests if the claim is found invalid or outside the conditions stated above.
