We traveled through flavors and techniques, blending two worlds: the warmth of Filipino tradition and the precision of French patisserie.
For months, we studied the art of pâte sucrée — the delicate, buttery crust perfected by Parisian chefs — and balanced it with the bold, sunlit tang of our own calamansi.
